Tailored recipes

It goes without saying that, if we want to keep our meals out of the bin, we need to make sure our food tastes great.

All our dishes will be specially designed to meet the tastes, appetites, nutritional needs, and cultural preferences of the people you are serving – and we will only ever offer up items that have already received excellent feedback.

Flexible portion packs

If your customers or patients tend to make last-minute demands, don’t worry. We have designed our individual meals to allow for flexible feeding times. These pre prepared portions can be cooked or heated in a matter of minutes – and by packing up single portions, we can tailor your order to include the precise number of gluten-free, vegetarian and vegan options you need, preventing you from ending up with meals that are unlikely to get eaten.

Long-lasting food

We design our meals down to the last calorie and micronutrient, then work with our chefs to ensure that none of the flavours are lost in the cooking process. If we think some of the goodness might fall by the wayside, we will increase the nutritional content to allow for any cook loss.

Easy to cook

You don’t need a large kitchen or loads of specialist equipment to get our food ready. In most cases, you just need to be able to heat it up to the right temperature using an oven or microwave.

We also work closely with Burlodge, who supply regeneration trolleys that can be preset to cook any meal to perfection.
